    Meet Vern Thomas, Owner and Executive Chef.  Chef Vern is a native of St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands, known as the "American Paradise".  Virgin Island Thyme opened  in 2017 and has won multiple awards for our Caribbean Cuisine.   We are very passionate about great food and Caribbean flavors.  Dining at Virgin Island Thyme is just like taking your taste buds on vacation!
